This is my general purpose “let’s get it done together” service, where I remotely assist you with your project. I can act as an accelerator for your project by helping you bypass tech hurdles one at a time.

How it works:

• Keep a list of questions & things you want to cover in the session. This could be anything from simple questions to actual projects you’d like to work on with my assistance.

There’s a lot to navigate in the world of websites! So many platforms and choices to make. I can help steer you in the right direction so you feel empowered to make changes, upgrades and other improvements to your existing website. I can also help you through the process of getting a new website (or deciding whether you even need a new website).

If you’re stuck in a challenging situation with a third party and you need an advocate, I can step in and communicate directly with your developer, designer or web host. I have been speaking the language of websites and the internet since 1996. This experience gives me a unique ability to translate what’s happening so you can understand it and have the confidence to move forward.

If you’re looking to move web hosting or email providers, or you’re experiencing downtime, I can help! There’s nothing more frustrating than having your email broken, or your website out of commission.

Often the problem is happening at the domain level. Sometimes there is confusion about where your domain is registered or what the “DNS settings” are. I can help you navigate and troubleshoot so we can get you back online with grace and ease (My highest volume of calls tends to be during Mercury Retrograde, of course).

The first time I used Photoshop, I fell in love and never looked back. It is an amazing piece of software that’s now over 30 years old! I began working with Photoshop 3.0 in 1995 and gradually taught myself over the years, learning how to work with layers, masking, selections and effects.

The depth of Photoshop can be intimidating at first, but I can help you focus on just the parts that apply to you and your goals. Knowing how to work with Photoshop will take your DIY design skills to a new level, and it’s a lot of fun!

• Create layered graphics that help you customize your website & social media pages, YouTube channel, etc.
• Make designs for T-shirts, stickers and product packaging
• Combine images for beautiful photo montages

• Retouch and improve photos

I’ve been in love with video production since I was a kid, and it’s a joy for me to teach others how to edit video.

When you work with me, you’ll learn how to work with the editing software you decide on. If you’re not sure what to use, I can help you select it. Once you start to learn the technical details, you’ll also begin to learn the art of editing and how to develop an eye for transitions, timing and holding your viewer’s attention.

$200/hr Emergency Rate, minimum 1/2 hr. billed per session
